These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTU) define the rules for accessing and using the totem-spirit.com website and the digital content offered by CM DIGITAL SAS. Accessing the site and using its content implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTU.

  • Use the content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from CM DIGITAL SAS

4. Intellectual Property of Generated Content

Personalized readings are produced using artificial intelligence technologies and proprietary editorial processes developed by CM DIGITAL SAS. All generated content — texts, structures, formulations — remains the intellectual property of CM DIGITAL SAS, in accordance with articles L. 111-1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The buyer benefits from a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the content of their reading.

5. User Behavior

The user agrees to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • Attempt to harm the proper functioning of the site
  • Introduce viruses or any other malicious program
  • Collect personal data of other users
  • Impersonate a third party

6. Limitation of Liability

CM DIGITAL SAS cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or its content, particularly in the event of:

7. Modification of GTU

8. Applicable Law

These GTU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Saint-Étienne shall have sole jurisdiction, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
