Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between CM DIGITAL SAS and any buyer of products or services on the totem-spirit.com website. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products and services

Totem Spirit exclusively offers digital products for immediate download or access, including:

• Personalized totem animal readings (PDF)
• Digital oracle readings
• PDF spiritual guides
• Any other digital content offered on the site

Descriptions, characteristics, and visuals of each product are presented on the corresponding sales pages.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). CM DIGITAL SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order and payment

The order is finalized after payment validation. Payment is secure and processed by Shopify Payments. We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other payment methods available at checkout. The order is confirmed by email.

5. Right of withdrawal — Exception for digital products

In accordance with article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which began with the consumer's express prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By validating your order, you expressly agree that the digital content will be made available to you immediately after payment, and you acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal.

This waiver is formalized by the mandatory checkbox present at the time of finalizing your order.

6. Delivery

Digital products are made available immediately after payment confirmation, by email and/or a secure download link. In case of non-receipt, contact us at contact@totem-spirit.com within 24 hours.

7. Nature of readings — Disclaimer

The totem animal readings and oracle readings offered by Totem Spirit are personal development and self-knowledge tools, based on a psychological and symbolic approach.

They do not constitute in any way:

• Medical or psychological advice
• An act of clairvoyance or divination
• Legal or financial advice

CM DIGITAL SAS cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the buyer based on the readings received. If you are experiencing psychological distress, we invite you to consult a healthcare professional.

8. Intellectual property

All digital content delivered by Totem Spirit is intended for personal and non-commercial use exclusively. It is forbidden to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit readings, drawings, or guides without written authorization from CM DIGITAL SAS.

9. Legal guarantees

In application of articles L. 217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code, the seller is obliged to deliver goods that comply with the contract. In the event of a lack of conformity of a digital product (corrupted file, non-functional link), contact us at contact@totem-spirit.com and we will proceed with the correction or replacement.

10. Dispute mediation

In accordance with articles L. 612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not amicably resolved, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge. We adhere to the mediation service Médiateur du e-commerce de la FEVAD:

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Saint-Étienne will have sole jurisdiction.
